Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing dishes and ensuring each plate meets the diner’s quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Support the kitchen crew during busy periods, handling basic food prep and stock replenishment.
• Help with the receipt, storage, and rotation of deliveries.

• Passion for food and an eye for detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced kitchen.
• Team player who thrives under pressure.
• Commitment to high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
• Must be over 18 years old.
