Kitchen Porter

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Kitchen Porter to join the back‑of‑house team at Côte. You will play a key part in keeping the kitchen clean, organised and running smoothly, supporting chefs and service staff throughout each service.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, equipment and utensils.
• Assist chefs by preparing basic ingredients and handling stock replenishment.
• Collect and dispose of waste in accordance with health‑and‑safety standards.
• Ensure proper storage of food items and monitor inventory levels.
• Support the team during peak periods by performing any additional tasks required.

Required profile

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and follow hygiene standards.
• Flexible to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Team‑oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
