Kitchen Sales Designer – Bespoke Kitchen Design & Sales

About the role

We are seeking a Kitchen Sales Designer to join a growing bespoke kitchen and interiors company in St Ives, Cambridgeshire. The role combines creative kitchen design with client‑facing sales, allowing you to earn a competitive base salary plus commission.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with private clients and developers to understand their lifestyle, budget and design preferences.
• Create detailed CAD layouts, visualisations, mood boards and quotations using software such as Winner, Fusion 360 or AutoKitchen.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial consultation through order placement and final sign‑off.
• Liaise with suppliers, workshop teams and installers to ensure accurate delivery and installation.
• Maintain strong client communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Confident using CAD tools for kitchen and interior design.
• Strong commercial confidence and ability to close sales.
• Excellent communication and client‑management skills.
