Kitchen Sales Designer – Trade Kitchen Supplier

About the role

Join the UK’s No1 trade kitchen supplier as a Kitchen Sales Designer. You’ll work in a fast‑paced sales environment, building strong relationships with trade customers and helping them create exceptional kitchens – no prior design experience required.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve depot sales targets and drive profit.
• Build trusted relationships with trade customers through professional design support.
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout each project.
• Conduct home visits to measure, assess and understand client needs.
• Negotiate prices while protecting margins and design integrity.
• Plan and create inspirational, practical kitchen designs using product knowledge.

Required profile

• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with trade customers and their clients.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle for home visits.
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for design.
• CAD skills preferred but not essential – training will be provided.
