Kitchen Showroom Specialist (Part‑time)

About the role

The Kitchen Showroom Specialist will be based at Howdens' Expo in Watford, welcoming end‑users and generating new leads for local depots. You will meet visitors by appointment, manage walk‑ins, and showcase the Howdens kitchen range to understand customer requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming web leads, qualify them and book appointments for expo visits.
• Record end‑user details accurately, ensure GDPR compliance and pass information to the appropriate depots.
• Maintain the expo’s standards, oversee opening times, catering and professional customer greeting.
• Process leads according to service level agreements and support depots attending with customers.
• Coordinate the visitor booking system and work with marketing to promote events on social media.
• Capture visitor details, requirements and arrange any follow‑up services.

Required profile

• Strong product knowledge across Howdens kitchen ranges and appliances.
• Excellent communication skills with the confidence to converse with visitors and match their needs to product offerings.
• Ability to work collaboratively with depot staff, senior management and marketing teams.
• Attention to detail for accurate record‑keeping and compliance.
