Join the Sports Café team at Whiffell Forest as a Kitchen Team Leader / Chef de Partie. You will play a pivotal role in delivering high‑quality dishes in a lively, family‑friendly sports bar while supporting smooth kitchen operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily food preparation and presentation to company standards.
• Coach and mentor junior colleagues, fostering their development.
• Act as deputy for the Assistant Kitchen Manager when required.
• Monitor stock, portion control and ordering to manage costs effectively.
• Implement measures to reduce food waste and maintain operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Excellent communicator with the ability to build relationships with colleagues.
• Previous kitchen experience in a similar position.
• Naturally cheerful, patient and friendly.
• Professional, approachable and calm under pressure.
