Kitchen Team Leader

About the role

As a Kitchen Team Leader at Toby Carvery in Wolviston you will support the Head Chef in delivering a high‑quality menu and creating a kitchen environment that staff are proud of. You will combine a passion for great food with a talent for training and motivating a diverse kitchen team.

Key responsibilities

• Train, coach and inspire chefs and kitchen staff to consistently produce excellent dishes.
• Assist with food ordering, preparation and stock control to meet service targets.
• Manage the branded menu, ensuring recipes and presentation meet company standards.
• Monitor and enforce health, safety and hygiene regulations throughout the kitchen.
• Drive the team to achieve daily and weekly performance targets.
