Knowledge Lawyer – Private Client

About the role

Join the LexisNexis Legal & Professional team, part of RELX, a global provider of information‑based analytics and decision tools. The team serves customers in over 150 countries and is a leader in applying AI to the legal market. As a Knowledge Lawyer – Private Client you will help shape high‑quality legal content for the Lexis+ Practical Guidance Private Client module, staying at the forefront of legal developments and engaging with practising lawyers. You will work closely with technologists and data scientists to ensure the content meets the company’s Responsible AI principles.

Key responsibilities

• Creating, developing, and maintaining a market‑leading content set for the Lexis+ Practical Guidance Private Client module (practice notes, precedents, checklists, flowcharts etc).
• Contributing to the Lexis+ Practical Guidance Private Client current awareness service by selecting appropriate developments and cases to report on and delivering updates and analysis targeted towards Private Client lawyers.
• Monitoring legal and industry developments relevant to our customer base.

Required profile

• A qualified lawyer with significant and broad experience of Private Client law in England & Wales.
• Full member of STEP.
• Excellent technical knowledge of Private Client law, including Private Client taxation.
• Awareness of the legal issues and developments affecting Private Client lawyers.
• Ability to communicate complex legal and procedural concepts and their practical application concisely and clearly.
