Korean Speaking Customer Advisor - Remote

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Korean‑English Customer Advisor to work remotely on a part‑time basis. You will join a fast‑growing team that generates high‑quality leads for our client by contacting prospective customers and promoting their products.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to generate and qualify leads.
• Learn product features and use this knowledge effectively during conversations.
• Identify customer needs, respond appropriately, and handle objections.
• Maintain accurate, detailed records of all interactions.
• Research contacts before outreach and support teammates as needed.
• Deliver a consistently high standard of professionalism.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken Korean and English.
• Positive, result‑driven attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
• Confident in steering conversations and managing objections.
• Well‑organised, detail‑oriented and quick to learn new processes.
• Degree‑level education or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience with CRM systems and a background in call‑centre or target‑driven environments.
• Availability to work Monday‑Friday, 6 am‑10 am.
