KS1 Primary Teacher – Full‑time, Long‑term Placement

About the role

A welcoming primary school in Tunbridge Wells is looking for a dedicated KS1 teacher to join its team on a full‑time, long‑term basis. You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons that follow the National Curriculum and supporting pupils throughout their early educational journey.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and assess KS1 lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
• Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment where every child feels safe to learn.
• Collaborate daily with colleagues, support staff and parents to enhance pupil outcomes.
• Track individual progress, analyse data and adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse needs.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in England.
• Strong classroom management and the ability to engage young learners.
• Commitment to a full‑time, long‑term position within the school.
