KS1 Teacher – Primary School – Haringey (Full‑time, Permanent)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic KS1 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Haringey. The role starts in September and is full‑time and permanent, offering the chance to work with a class of 26 pupils aged 5‑7.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons that meet the national curriculum for Key Stage 1.
• Differentiate instruction to support pupils with a range of abilities and monitor progress through regular assessment.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued.
• Implement effective behaviour management strategies and communicate progress to parents and staff.
• Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to a broad, balanced curriculum and strong SEN provision.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in England.
• Proven experience teaching within Key Stage 1.
• Commitment to high educational standards and continuous professional development.

Required skills

• Strong classroom management and behaviour management.
• Excellent communication with pupils, parents and staff.
• Ability to adapt lessons to diverse learning needs.
