KS2 Primary Teacher – Medway & Mid Kent

About the role
Reed Education is partnering with a group of schools in Medway and Mid Kent to build a talent pool of qualified KS2 primary teachers. The role offers a variety of assignments – from day‑to‑day supply work to short‑term cover and long‑term placements – allowing teachers to choose the type of engagement that best fits their schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging KS2 lessons that build confidence and mastery of core curriculum subjects.
- Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
- Maintain a positive classroom environment that encourages active participation.
- Collaborate with school staff to support pupil transition to the next educational stage.
Required profile
- Qualified primary teacher with experience teaching Key Stage 2.
- Confident classroom practitioner who can inspire and engage pupils.
- Flexible and reliable, able to take on short‑term or long‑term assignments.
