KS2 Primary Teacher – Supply & Cover Roles in Medway & Kent

About the role

We are seeking qualified Primary Teachers with experience in Key Stage 2 to join our talent pool for supply and cover assignments across Medway and Mid‑Kent. You will work directly with older primary pupils, helping them build confidence, master core curriculum skills and prepare for the next stage of their education.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging KS2 lessons in line with the national curriculum.
• Provide short‑term cover, day‑to‑day supply or longer‑term placements as required.
• Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
• Maintain a safe and supportive classroom environment.

Required profile

• Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Proven experience teaching Key Stage 2 pupils.
• Reliable, flexible and able to start on short notice.
• Commitment to high‑quality teaching and pupil progress.
