KS2 Supply Teacher – Battle

About the role

Hays Education is seeking enthusiastic KS2 Supply Teachers to support primary schools in Battle and the surrounding South East England area. This flexible position allows you to work on a day‑to‑day basis, covering short‑term or longer‑term assignments as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging KS2 lessons across core subjects in line with the school curriculum.
• Maintain classroom discipline and create a supportive learning environment.
• Assess pupil progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.
• Collaborate with the school team to ensure continuity of learning during staff absences.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in England.
• Experience working in a primary school setting.
• Genuine passion for teaching and connecting with pupils.
• Collaborative attitude and willingness to contribute to a strong school team.
• Creativity, enthusiasm and a positive approach to learning.
