About the role
Hays Education is seeking enthusiastic KS2 Supply Teachers for primary schools in Sussex. The role offers flexible placement options, allowing you to work one day a week up to five days, in either full‑time or part‑time capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver the KS2 curriculum to pupils in a supportive classroom environment.
- Engage with students to foster a love of learning and maintain high standards of behaviour.
- Collaborate with the existing school team to ensure continuity of teaching.
- Adapt lesson plans as needed to meet the specific needs of each class.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience working in a school setting.
- Genuine passion for teaching and connecting with pupils.
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to a strong school team.
- Creativity, enthusiasm and a positive attitude towards learning.
