About the role
Hays Education is seeking enthusiastic KS2 Supply Teachers to support primary schools across Sussex. The role offers flexible placement options, allowing you to work from one day a week up to full‑time, in a supportive school environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver the KS2 curriculum to pupils, ensuring engaging and effective lessons.
- Maintain classroom discipline and promote a positive learning atmosphere.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback in line with school policies.
- Collaborate with permanent staff to align teaching strategies and resources.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in England.
- Experience working in a primary school setting.
- Passion for teaching and connecting with pupils.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a school team.
