About the role

Hays Education is seeking enthusiastic KS2 Supply Teachers to support primary schools in Henfield, South East England. This flexible role allows you to work across a network of local schools, delivering high‑quality teaching on a day‑to‑day or longer‑term basis.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging KS2 lessons in line with the national curriculum.
• Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
• Collaborate with permanent staff to ensure continuity of learning.
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse pupil needs.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in England.
• Experience working in a primary school setting.
• Passion for teaching and connecting with pupils.

• Creative, enthusiastic and positive approach to learning.

Required skills
