About the role

Engage Education is seeking enthusiastic KS2 teachers for day‑to‑day supply work across mainstream primary schools in Leeds. The role offers immediate start dates and continues through the busy September‑March period, providing ample teaching opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, curriculum‑aligned lessons to Key Stage 2 pupils.
• Manage classroom behaviour and create a supportive learning environment.
• Assess student progress and provide feedback in line with national standards.
• Collaborate with school staff to maintain high academic standards.
• Adapt lesson plans to meet the needs of diverse learners.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching KS2 children.
• Strong knowledge of the English National Curriculum.
