KS2 Teacher – Flexible Supply Positions in Birmingham

About the role

Randstad Education is looking for enthusiastic KS2 teachers to provide flexible, supply cover across primary schools in Birmingham and the surrounding area. You will work on a day‑to‑day basis or on longer‑term assignments, matching your own availability with the needs of local schools.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging KS2 lessons in line with the national curriculum.
• Provide differentiated support to meet the varying abilities of pupils.
• Maintain effective classroom management and behaviour standards.
• Safeguard and promote the welfare of all children in your care.
• Adapt quickly to new school environments and integrate seamlessly with existing staff.

Required profile

• Valid UK QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) teaching qualification.
• Minimum of 1 year experience teaching in a UK secondary school setting.
• Strong commitment to child safeguarding and welfare.
• Passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on pupils.
