KS2 Teacher (Temp-to-Perm) – Thanet, Sep 2026 Start

About the role

We are seeking a KS2 Teacher for a full‑time, temp‑to‑perm position in the Thanet area, starting in September 2026. The role is based in a values‑led primary school that prioritises inclusion, nurturing, and community engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver the KS2 primary curriculum across all subjects.
• Provide appropriate challenge and support for your cohort.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively.
• Liaise with parents/guardians regarding pupil progress and development.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Enhanced DBS (preferably on the update service).
• Experience in KS2 is desirable but not essential; KS1 experience with interest in KS2 is acceptable.

Required skills

• Curriculum planning and delivery for KS2.
• Classroom management.
• Effective communication with parents and staff.
