KS2 Teacher – Year 6 – Holistic Primary School

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated KS2 Teacher to join a well‑resourced, nurturing primary school in Wandsworth starting September 2026. The role focuses on delivering the Year 6 curriculum within a supportive, creative environment that values autonomy and strong teacher‑student relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging KS2 lessons, primarily for Year 6 (Year 5 candidates welcome).
• Collaborate with a two‑form entry team on shared planning and cross‑school CPD.
• Support pupils with higher PP & SEN needs, including those on the Nurture and ASD bases.
• Contribute to the school’s holistic ethos, including outdoor, gardening, cookery, music and IT activities.
• Take on subject leadership opportunities as they arise.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
• ECT or experienced KS2 Primary Teacher; Year 6 experience ideal.
• Strong, ambitious primary teacher with a desire for career progression.
• Commitment to the school’s nurturing, inclusive philosophy.
