About the role
We are partnering with a welcoming primary school in Barnet to recruit a full‑time KS2 Teaching Assistant starting in September. The role supports Key Stage 2 pupils, helping them engage with lessons, progress academically, and reach their full potential.
Key responsibilities
- Provide one‑to‑one and small‑group support to KS2 pupils.
- Assist the classroom teacher in delivering lessons and managing classroom activities.
- Encourage student participation and monitor individual progress.
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Required profile
- Passion for supporting children’s learning and development.
- Team‑player with a positive, outgoing personality.
- Proactive, adaptable, and engaging attitude.
- Experience working with children in school, tutoring, youth work, care, or similar settings.
