About the role

Join a supportive school environment in the Wirral as a KS2 Teaching Assistant, providing one‑to‑one support for SEND children. You will work closely with the class teacher to help manage daily routines and create an engaging learning atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Support an individual KS2 child with daily learning activities and personal needs.
• Assist the teacher in managing classroom routines and small‑group tasks.
• Help modify challenging behaviour by promoting positive interactions.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure a safe and inclusive environment.

Required profile

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
• Proactive, supportive attitude with a genuine passion for education.
• Comfortable working with children of varying abilities.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow teacher directions.
