KYC Administrator – 9‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract

About the role

We are seeking a KYC Administrator to join the Financial Intelligence Team of a specialist financial services organisation on a 9‑month fixed‑term contract. The role involves performing anti‑money‑laundering checks on new customer applications and updating AML/KYC requirements for existing accounts. You will work from the Kings Hill headquarters, initially on‑site and later on a hybrid schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct KYC and AML checks, including screening and due‑diligence on new and existing customers.
• Review new accounts, identify risks or unusual activity and flag concerns.
• Verify customer identity documents in line with regulatory standards.
• Liaise with customers and third parties to obtain or update required information.

Required profile

• Demonstrable experience of KYC/AML processes in a regulated environment.
• Good knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements.
• Clear, concise communication style.
• Ability to manage own workload in a fast‑paced setting.
• Well‑organised, detail‑oriented and strong problem‑solving skills.
