Labourer – Construction & Renovation Projects

About the role

We are looking for a hardworking Labourer to join Field & Field’s skilled team in Basingstoke. You will work on a variety of construction, renovation and landscaping projects, supporting tradespeople and helping to keep sites safe and efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Assist skilled trades on site with building, extension, garage conversion, kitchen and garden room projects.
• Maintain site cleanliness, organisation and health‑and‑safety standards.
• Handle deliveries, materials and tools, ensuring they are stored and used correctly.
• Perform a range of manual tasks across projects, adapting to daily priorities.

Required profile

• Reliable, motivated and eager to learn on the job.
• Positive, team‑oriented attitude with a “can‑do” mindset.
• Full UK driving licence and own transport are essential.
• Previous labouring or construction experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
