Labourer – Kitchen & Bathroom Renewal (South-West London)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Labourer to join our Kitchen & Bathroom renewal project for social housing in South‑West London and Westminster. You will be the first point of contact on site, helping residents feel comfortable while delivering high‑quality refurbishment work.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce yourself to residents professionally and respectfully as the first point of contact on site.
• Safely remove approximately 10 kitchen units per day.
• Complete strip‑out works for at least one kitchen and one bathroom each day.
• Remove existing flooring, strip wallpaper and prepare surfaces for refurbishment.
• Protect appliances, staircases and surrounding areas before works begin.
• Install signage and information boards on site.
• Carry out general labour duties to support the project as required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar labourer role within the social housing sector.
• Valid CSCS card.
• Asbestos Awareness Training Certificate.
