Labourer – New Build Housing Development in Carlisle

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Labourer to join a busy new‑build housing development in Carlisle. You will work closely with the site management team and a range of trades to keep the project running smoothly and safely.
Key responsibilities
- Clear and prepare the site for construction activities.
- Move and position materials and equipment as required.
- Assist tradespeople with tasks and provide general site support.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
- Uphold high health and safety standards across the site.
Required profile
- Valid CSCS Card.
- Previous experience working on construction sites.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Full personal protective equipment (PPE) available.
- Ready to start as soon as possible.
