Labourer – Residential Sites (Bicester)

About the role
We are recruiting Labourers for residential construction projects in Bicester. Both long‑term and short‑term assignments are available, offering flexibility to match your availability.
Key responsibilities
- Assist on site with general labouring duties.
- Support tradespeople and site managers as required.
- Load and unload materials safely.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines.
Required profile
- Previous labouring or site experience preferred but not essential.
- Valid CSCS card if required.
- Strong work ethic, reliability and ability to work as part of a team.
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
