Labourer – Site Clearance & Material Handling

About the role
We are seeking a reliable Labourer to join our construction team at the Delamere site in Northwich. You will work Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 16:30, supporting daily site operations through clearance, material handling and assisting tradespeople. The position is covered under CIS tax arrangements, is full‑time and ongoing, and offers a rate of £17 per hour.
Key responsibilities
- Perform site clearance to maintain a safe working environment.
- Handle and move materials as required by on‑site trades.
- Assist tradespeople with tasks throughout the day.
- Maintain cleanliness and order on the construction site.
- Ensure materials are stored correctly and support health and safety compliance.
Required profile
- Valid CSCS card.
- Full personal protective equipment (PPE) available.
- Immediate availability to start.
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
