About the role
The Land Rights Coordinator will support clients in meeting legal requirements across multiple projects. Working from a hybrid office in Braintree, you will ensure timely delivery of legal documentation while maintaining high service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Determine and process legal requirements for contracts.
- Self‑manage several legal projects simultaneously.
- Log, track and report on live projects to meet schedules.
- Advise internal teams on legal obligations.
- Provide guidance to clients, Business Development, Technical and Operations teams.
- Liaise with internal Technical and Operations teams to keep communication clear.
- Handle queries and maintain high‑quality customer service.
Required profile
- Strong background in project coordination or similar roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to take ownership of tasks and work independently.
- Empathy for client situations and problem‑solving mindset.
