Land Surveyor – Infrastructure Projects

About the role

This Land Surveyor position offers a rare chance to shape one of the largest infrastructure developments in western Europe. You will work on a major cut‑and‑cover green tunnel project, delivering high‑accuracy engineering surveys and setting‑out on site.

Key responsibilities

• Perform precise setting‑out and engineering surveys using advanced robotic total stations.
• Process complex spatial data and establish tight survey control networks with Trimble Business Center.
• Produce detailed topography plans and manage digital models alongside the design team.
• Collaborate with construction crews to oversee internal structural fit‑outs, waterproofing, and extensive earthworks.

Required profile

• Practical field‑oriented surveyor with a full driving licence and willingness to travel to regional sites.
• Strong experience using Trimble survey instrumentation and familiarity with Leica equipment.
• Proven track record on heavy civil engineering projects, especially topography mapping and engineering control.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for processing field data and updating drawings.
• Valid CSCS card and a formal qualification in surveying, civil engineering, or a related discipline.
