Large Format Print Production Manager

About the role

You will lead the production team in a busy large‑format print environment, ensuring that every job is delivered on time, to the highest quality standards, and within budget. The role combines hands‑on shop‑floor presence with strategic planning and problem‑solving.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and schedule daily production workloads across large and small format print.
• Allocate resources, manage materials and oversee outsourced services.
• Maintain equipment performance, improve workflows and reduce waste.
• Coordinate with account managers, suppliers and other departments to resolve production issues.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and lead temporary staff when required.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing production in large‑format print, print finishing or a similar manufacturing setting.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a production team.
• Excellent organisational abilities and a focus on quality control.
• Ability to balance multiple jobs while maintaining high standards.
