About the role
We are seeking a Large Store Supervisor to lead the cash operations and floor team at our Bluewater store in Greenhithe. This full‑time position involves overseeing till management, ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering a world‑class retail experience.
Key responsibilities
- Lead a large team in a high‑footfall retail environment.
- Manage cash operations, including till handling and reconciliation.
- Oversee floor activities and ensure excellent customer service.
- Maintain store standards and health & safety compliance.
- Drive sales performance and support career progression within the team.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a high‑traffic retail setting.
