LawTech Trainer

About the role

Join a leading US law firm’s London office as a LawTech Trainer, driving the adoption of AI‑powered tools and modern learning solutions across global teams. You will design and deliver engaging training programmes, both in‑person and virtual, to help colleagues maximise the value of emerging technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver instructor‑led and virtual training sessions for new hires, departmental teams and global audiences.
• Create e‑learning modules and learning resources using Adobe Captivate and Camtasia.
• Champion AI tools such as ChatGPT, Harvey and Copilot, producing practical guides and identifying efficiency gains.
• Partner with project teams to support technology roll‑outs, ensuring user‑focused training and smooth adoption.
• Analyse help‑desk trends and user feedback to continuously improve training content and reduce support requests.
• Promote IT Learning & Development services and foster a culture of continuous technology learning.
• Provide one‑to‑one coaching and ongoing support to maximise technology utilisation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a senior IT trainer within a law firm or similar professional services environment.
• Proven ability to quickly master new technologies and deliver effective training on enterprise applications.
• Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Harvey, Copilot) to create learning content.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and the capacity to simplify complex technical concepts.
