LCV Technician – Commercial Vehicle Specialist

About the role

Join Vertu Ford Stoke as an LCV Technician, delivering high‑quality maintenance, servicing and repair for commercial vehicles. You will work in a busy dealership environment, ensuring customers receive trustworthy and honest service.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain, service and repair light commercial vehicles to manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose faults and complete first‑time fixes wherever possible.
• Perform routine MOT testing and related inspections.
• Maintain a clean, safe workshop and adhere to health & safety procedures.
• Provide accurate service reports and communicate findings to customers.

Required profile

• Formal automotive qualification – City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3.
• Current experience working as a vehicle technician.
• Preferred MOT licence.
• Own set of professional tools.
• Full UK driving licence.
