L&D Knowledge Manager – Tech & Academies

About the role

We are seeking an L&D Knowledge Manager to lead the knowledge‑management strategy for our Learning Academies. In this fast‑moving tech environment you will organise knowledge hubs, harness generative AI for skill mapping and partner with internal subject‑matter experts to create high‑impact learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Own the L&D knowledge strategy and advise steering committees on curriculum priorities and budget.
• Maintain and curate knowledge hubs on platforms such as Confluence, ServiceNow and Slack.
• Map learning content to technical skill sets using modern generative AI tools.
• Collaborate with internal “Gurus” to curate high‑impact learning material and nurture communities of practice.
• Track usage metrics and gather user feedback to continuously improve knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in L&D knowledge management, content strategy or L&D advisory.
• Background working alongside engineering, data, AI or product teams.
• Proven ability to work with SMEs and manage cross‑functional stakeholders in a multinational setting.
