About the role
You will be the face of Learning & Development across Leonard Curtis’s UK offices, delivering engaging, in‑person training and supporting existing programmes. Working with colleagues at all levels, you will roll out inductions, mandatory training, soft‑skill and leadership development to ensure people have the knowledge and confidence to perform at their best.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging training programmes from induction to manager and leadership development.
- Partner with leaders to design and roll out practical learning solutions that meet business needs.
- Create and deliver both face‑to‑face and online training, using external providers when required.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning, coaching and development for all colleagues.
- Develop apprenticeship, graduate and clear career pathways, including succession planning.
- Manage inductions, mandatory training and professional/mandatory qualification requirements.
- Use data and management information to track learning activity, outcomes and inform improvements.
Required profile
- Experience as a Learning & Development practitioner in a commercial, fast‑paced environment.
- Licensed Insights Practitioner.
- Strong track record designing and delivering face‑to‑face training (induction, mandatory, Impact, soft‑skills, leadership).
- Confident presentation skills adaptable to different audiences.
- Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders across multiple offices and locations.
- Comfortable travelling regularly across the UK.
- Strong coaching and mentoring abilities.
- Good understanding of L&D tools, methods, evaluation and ROI measurement.
- Experience using data and MI to track learning activity and outcomes.
- Knowledge of career development, succession planning and qualification pathways.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with a collaborative, team‑focused approach.
- Flexible, proactive and able to work independently while contributing to the wider HR team.
