Lead AV Creative Residential Designer

About the role

We are seeking a highly creative Lead AV Designer to oversee the full lifecycle of high‑end residential audiovisual projects. You will be the primary point of contact for high‑net‑worth clients, guiding them from concept through installation and handover.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end design, specification and integration of bespoke AV systems for luxury homes.
• Lead client liaison, presenting concepts, progress updates and final solutions.
• Coordinate with suppliers, installers and internal teams to ensure projects meet cost, schedule and quality targets.
• Monitor emerging AV technologies and recommend innovative solutions for bespoke projects.
• Prepare detailed design documentation, 3D visualisations and cost estimates.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years experience in high‑end residential AV integration.
• Proven track record of managing complex, bespoke projects for affluent clients.
• Strong commercial awareness of project budgets and timelines.
• Legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
