Lead Business Analyst – M&A & Carve‑Out Transformations

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst to drive large‑scale M&A, carve‑out and divestment programmes. You will work closely with senior business and technology stakeholders to shape requirements, ensure delivery excellence and mentor a team of analysts across multiple workstreams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business analysis for enterprise transformation programmes, including M&A, carve‑outs and separations.
• Define and enforce BA standards, methodologies and best practices.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to translate strategic goals into detailed functional and technical requirements.
• Mentor and manage Business Analysts across several workstreams.
• Support enterprise‑wide ERP, CRM and digital transformation initiatives.
• Identify and drive process improvement, automation and AI‑enabled change opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Lead Business Analyst on transformation programmes.
• Strong background in M&A, carve‑outs or separations.
• Experience delivering across multiple workstreams and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
