About the Role

Join a leading provider in the renewable energy technology sector as a Lead Commercial Pipe Fitter. Based in Tiverton, this pivotal role offers the opportunity to spearhead high-impact biomass boiler installations across the UK, combining technical mastery with site leadership.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial installation of biomass boilers, ensuring strict adherence to technical blueprints and documenting any deviations.
• Act as Site Foreman for all piping activities, providing technical guidance and mentorship to the installation team.
• Support Project Managers in critical decision-making processes on-site.
• Conduct snag lists, troubleshooting, and complex repairs to ensure optimal system performance.
• Perform essential maintenance and servicing of boilers as required.

Candidate Profile

• Proven expertise in commercial pipe fitting or mechanical installation.
• Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to manage teams and oversee site activities.
• Autonomous professional capable of working independently while contributing to a team environment.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the UK for site-based missions.
• Adaptable mindset with the flexibility to handle regular overtime when necessary.

• Competitive salary up to £40,000 (base) with an OTE of £48,000 - £50,000.
