Lead Developer – Dynamics 365

About the role

Join the Money and Pensions Service (MaPS) as a Lead Developer focused on Dynamics 365 CRM. You will steer the design and delivery of D365 solutions and their integration with a broader Azure‑based architecture, working within an agile, hybrid‑working environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead development of digital products using Dynamics 365 CRM.NET/C# and Azure services.
• Write testable, modular code with comprehensive unit and integration tests.
• Define and enforce coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, and reusable engineering patterns across D365 and Power Platform.
• Architect integrations with Azure Functions, Service Bus, Logic Apps, API Management and Genesys Cloud CX.
• Provision and manage Azure resources using Terraform and Azure DevOps.
• Mentor and line‑manage two D365 developers, fostering capability growth.
• Ensure solutions comply with MaPS engineering standards, GDS Service Standards and Secure‑by‑Design principles.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading development teams on complex, cloud‑native projects.
• Strong ability to guide technical decisions and promote best practices.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with Product Owners, Architects and Business Analysts.
• Commitment to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
