Lead Developer – VP – XVA Technology

About the role

Citi is looking for a senior Lead Developer to join its XVA Technology team within Equities. You will work closely with traders, quants and structurers to build data‑driven, model‑led trading analytics and desk tooling for the Derivatives Flow, Delta 1 and Exotics businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver production‑grade tools for front‑office trading, pricing, risk and market data analytics.
• Partner with traders and quantitative analysts to productionise models and analytical workflows.
• Develop real‑time analytics for positions, Greeks, P&L, exposures and execution.
• Collaborate with high‑calibre engineers and product partners to evolve the global equities platform.

Required profile

• Strong quantitative background with experience in finance or trading analytics.
• Proven ability to work directly with front‑office stakeholders.
• Hands‑on development experience in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment.
