Lead Generation Retail Sales Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Lead Generation Retail Sales Specialist to join our team supporting the Mercedes‑Benz retailer network. You will work in a dynamic, customer‑focused environment, using a consultative approach to drive engagement and generate high‑quality leads.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure FCA compliance when discussing financial information with customers.
• Make outbound calls, converting at least 30% of contacts into qualified leads.
• Engage customers via LiveChat, influencing around 15% of conversations into leads.
• Maintain GDPR compliance, keeping all customer and lead data accurate and secure.
• Deliver interactions that meet MBFS standards and regulatory checks.
• Collaborate with retailer and dealer networks to share lead and sales opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong sense of integrity and commitment to FCA regulations.
• Previous experience in a regulated sales environment (preferred).
• Self‑motivated with a drive to meet conversion targets.
• Excellent rapport‑building and communication abilities.
• High attention to detail for GDPR compliance.
• Knowledge of the automotive industry and products is advantageous.

Required skills

What we offer

• Pay rate of £14.77 per hour (PAYE).
• 12‑month contract with the possibility of extension.
• Hybrid work pattern: 3 days onsite in Tongwell, 2 days remote.
• Rotating weekly shift pattern (Week 1: 09:00‑17:30, Week 2: 11:00‑19:30).
• Immediate start date.
