Lead Generation Retail Specialist

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic, customer‑focused individuals to join a busy team as a Lead Generation Retail Specialist on a 12‑month temporary contract. You will work with the prestigious Mercedes‑Benz Financial Services brand, engaging current and prospective customers through digital and telephone channels to deliver a consultative sales experience.

Key responsibilities

• Contact current and prospective customers via outbound telephone campaigns and LiveChat.
• Build rapport, understand customer needs and identify suitable vehicles, products and offers.
• Convert interactions into qualified sales leads for the Mercedes‑Benz retailer network.
• Provide exceptional customer service on every interaction.
• Ensure all conversations comply with FCA regulations and GDPR requirements.
• Maintain accurate customer records and process data in line with GDPR.
• Collaborate with retailer and dealer networks to support lead generation and sales opportunities.
• Continuously develop knowledge of Mercedes‑Benz products and services.
