Lead Generation Retail Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Lead Generation Retail Specialist to join a high‑performing customer engagement team for a leading automotive retailer. Working hybrid with three days remote and two days onsite in Milton Keynes, you will be the first point of contact for prospective and existing customers, delivering consultative support while generating quality sales leads.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospective and existing customers via outbound telephone calls and live chat.
• Build rapport quickly, understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities.
• Generate high‑quality leads for the nationwide retail network.
• Provide accurate information on vehicles, products and offers.
• Ensure all interactions comply with FCA and GDPR regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead data.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and the retailer network to achieve targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, customer service or lead generation.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Comfort working towards performance and conversion targets.
• Attention to detail and commitment to regulatory compliance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Required skills

• Knowledge of FCA regulations.
• Knowledge of GDPR requirements.
