Lead Generator and Researcher

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Lead Generator and Researcher to join our growing team in Leatherhead. The role can be full‑time or part‑time (three days a week) and offers a blend of office‑based work and remote days after an initial “bedding‑in” period.

Key responsibilities

• Research international companies and identify key contacts relevant to our business development pipeline.
• Compile and pass on accurate prospect information to the BD team for follow‑up.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of leads in the company’s database.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while meeting daily and weekly targets.
