Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of marketing mix modelling and broader effectiveness projects.
• Apply advanced modelling techniques to evaluate channel performance and optimise budget allocation.
• Translate complex analytical outputs into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
• Partner with commercial and marketing teams to inform strategy and decision‑making.
• Drive the use of advanced analytics and AI tools to improve modelling efficiency and insight generation.
• Contribute to the development of the organisation’s marketing effectiveness capability and best practices.
• Support senior stakeholder engagement by presenting insights and recommendations.

Required profile

• Strong commercial experience in marketing analytics, marketing mix modelling, or econometrics.
• Proficiency in Python and experience working with large‑scale datasets.
• Understanding of modern attribution techniques and statistical modelling approaches.
• Ability to communicate complex analytical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Collaborative approach with the ability to influence stakeholders across teams.
