Lead Process Engineer – Lean Six Sigma Black Belt

About the role

We are partnering with a leading financial services organisation to find a Lead Process Engineer with a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. The role is hybrid, based in the City of London, and will drive multiple change initiatives across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Design new workflows and processes, analysing inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
• Implement continuous‑improvement strategies and support data‑driven decision‑making.
• Document processes, improvements and best practices for organisational knowledge sharing.
• Develop and deliver change‑management plans and communication strategies for transformation programmes.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, build relationships and escalate issues when required.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of improvement principles, supported by Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (or Green Belt) certification.
• Experience in business analysis, process design, re‑engineering and optimisation, including workflow solutions and RPA.
• Proven track record in the financial services industry delivering measurable benefits.
• Experience documenting and prioritising business requirements or user stories.
• Ability to work in agile environments and apply project‑management methodologies.
