About the role

Artificial Labs Ltd is building the next generation of technology for the specialty insurance market. As a Lead Product Engineer you will design and evolve high‑performance, scalable software architectures that empower engineering teams and accelerate product delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Design and evolve high‑performance, scalable software architectures.
• Break down large, complex technical initiatives into clear, achievable milestones.
• Provide deep technical leadership across system architecture and raise the overall technical bar.
• Act as the go‑to technical authority across multiple codebases, languages, and domains.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery of major projects, driving progress and unblocking teams.
• Establish and improve engineering and organisational processes to solve recurring delivery challenges.
• Coach, mentor, and develop engineers through performance management and targeted growth plans.
• Promote clear communication, alignment, and effective cross‑team collaboration.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing scalable software architectures for complex domains.
• Strong ability to lead large technical initiatives and translate them into actionable milestones.
• Excellent technical authority across multiple languages and codebases.
• Track record of delivering major projects end‑to‑end with measurable outcomes.
• Passion for improving engineering processes and fostering a collaborative culture.
