Lead Product Manager

About the role

Join a fast‑growing cyber security SaaS business as a Lead Product Manager. You will shape product strategy, drive roadmap execution and help scale an established platform while working in a hybrid setting based in Leeds.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, roadmap and long‑term strategy.
• Maintain and prioritise the product backlog in line with customer needs and business goals.
• Lead discovery activities such as customer interviews, feedback sessions and market research.
• Translate insights into clear, actionable requirements for engineering teams.
• Collaborate with development teams throughout agile delivery cycles.
• Make data‑driven prioritisation decisions balancing value, feasibility and commercial impact.
• Track product performance using KPIs and OKRs.
• Support go‑to‑market initiatives with sales, customer success and marketing.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging technologies.
• Mentor junior product team members and champion a product‑led culture.

Required profile

• Proven product management experience in a SaaS environment.
• Strong background owning complex backlogs and planning roadmaps.
• Experience working closely with software development teams in agile settings.
• Ability to collaborate with commercial, sales and customer success functions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non‑technical audiences.
